Where Spectrum provides a digital proof, preview or design approval facility, the customer is responsible for carefully checking:
- spelling;

For photographic products, the customer is responsible for supplying files of suitable quality.
If a customer uploads a low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, distorted or otherwise unsuitable image, Spectrum may not be responsible for the resulting print quality where the issue arises from the supplied file.

By submitting such material, the customer grants Spectrum a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and process it solely as reasonably necessary to fulfil the customer’s order and provide related services.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the customer’s intellectual property to Spectrum.

PART III — CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

A customer may request cancellation before production has commenced.
Cancellation requests should be sent to:
info@spectrumgoa.com
Once production, printing, customisation or procurement has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
32. Cancellation of Customised Products

This is subject to applicable consumer rights and statutory remedies.

- replacement;
- reprint;

- another appropriate resolution.
34. Returns of Personalised Products
Personalised and customised products are generally not eligible for return merely because the customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the product.
However, this policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially not as ordered, the matter will be reviewed on its merits.
35. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, Spectrum may process the refund to the original payment method or through another legally permissible method.
Refund processing times may depend upon the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
Shipping charges may be refundable or non-refundable depending upon the circumstances of the return, cancellation or defect and applicable law.
36. Refund Review
Spectrum reserves the right to reasonably verify claims before approving replacement or refund requests.
This may include requesting photographs, videos, packaging information or other reasonable evidence.
